Il est présenté par Dan Harris, un journaliste à l’esprit critique et à l’humour aiguisé, bien loin des clichés associés au développement personnel. Ce podcast est fait pour celles et ceux qui observent de loin la méditation avec beaucoup de scepticisme, ou bien pour les habitué·e·s qui la connaissent et veulent nourrir leur pratique, ou encore simplement, pour certains qui veulent réfléchir à la vie autrement… C’est un podcast de rencontre avec des interviews (sans montage) menées avec talent. Et les interlocuteur·rice·s de Dan Harris sont passionnants (il y a même un épisode avec le Dalai Lama!).
